Our Staff

Our staff is the pride of our office. All of our personnel have the highest levels of commitment, loyalty, accountability and responsibility. Each one is empowered to make front line decisions. To reward them for the acceptance of higher levels of responsibility, they all share in the PSC's profitability through an incentive pay plan.

Our staff has a total of 53 years of dental experience, 43 years of which have been spent in our practice.

Front Office

Our front office has three staff members cross trained in every position creating a back-up system. The responsibilites are broken down so that there are two schedulers, one person to handle the financial duties and one to work with new patients and public relations. Two of our front office staff members even have backgrounds in elementary education.

Back Office

Our back office consists of three expanded duties dental assistants, again all cross trained. They always work as a team and each can substitute for the other.

Our team has attended hundreds of hours of practice management and personal development seminars including but not limited to: Zig Ziglar, Linda Miles, Rick Pitino and Cathy Jameson.
